Materials and production process
UV marble board is made of density board or multi-layer board as raw materials. During the production process, a layer of UV light-curing paint is first applied on the wood surface, and then the strong ultraviolet light on the UV light curing machine is used to dry the board, so that the paint film on the wood surface is completely cured, forming a decorative board with bright colors and smooth surface. This treatment method is not only wear-resistant, environmentally friendly, and moisture-proof, but also not easy to deform and has a long service life.
